Administrative

The Administrative Department was established pursuant to MTC 2.35. The Town Clerk-Treasurer is the designated department supervisor. Due to the size of the municipality, the department performs various functions for the town. These functions are vital to the overall administration of the town.

Town Clerks Office

The Town Clerk is the official custodian of the minutes of the Board of Trustees and is responsible for the orderly processing of legislation; serves as the custodian of the public records; records all proceedings, ordinances and resolutions of the Board of Trustees; administers the Business Registration and Business Licensing ordinances; updates the Municipal Town Code; serves as the clerk to the Board of Trustees; and administers the town elections.
